Due to the recent COVID-19 Pandemic we have instituted the below additional policies and procedures for our upcoming season. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this unprecedented time:
Enhanced cleaning of all rooms and common areas using hospital-grade cleaning products with a focus on high-touch areas.
Guests are expected to maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet of separation whenever in common areas and use of a face mask when in common areas is required as well.
From the state of Massachusetts: "Lodging operators must inform guests at the time a reservation is made and at check-in of the Commonwealth’s policy urging travelers to self-quarantine for 14 days when arriving in Massachusetts from out of state." (As of July 1, 2020 this only applies to states outside of New England, New York and New Jersey).
Extremely limited housekeeping: there will be no housekeeping during your stay unless specifically requested. The state of Massachusetts has recommended that no one enter a guests room during their stay. Fresh towels will be available daily.
Contactless check-in and check-out is available via our electronic room locks and is the preferred method this season.
Guests will be required to sign our policies and COVID-19 documents electronically before receiving their check-in information. Failure to provide the signed documents will result in the cancellation of your reservation and loss of the entire cost of your reservation.
Pool Use Regulations: there is a limit of 15 people allowed in the pool area at a time. A face mask must be worn in the pool area whenever not in the water. All furniture must be wiped or sprayed with disinfectant both prior to and after use.
In-office and in-room coffee and microwave will not be available this season (feel free to bring your own coffee maker).
Our ice machine will not be available this season.
